Q: Do we need an appointment to bring in consignment?
A: Appointments are not necessary but if it is your first time consigning with us or you have a large order, please call first to let us know when you plan to stop by. There may be times that you will need to leave your items for a day if we are busy when you drop off. We take items Monday-Friday from 10:30-5 but if our drop off times/days do not work for you, please let us know and we will be happy to figure out another time. We do not take consignments on Saturday because it is our busiest sales day. You may drop off on Sunday if you already have a consignment account.
Q: What quality should the items be in?
A: We are extremely picky about the items we consign. Please make sure they are name brands that work in our store, are clean, in good condition, and wrinkle-free. We won’t accept items with pet hair, stains, armpit discoloration, dirty, piling or holes. If you bring in dirty and stained clothes we will not go through your items. So take some time to go through your items first. We appreciate it. You can bring them on throw away hangers or neatly folded in a box, shopping bag or laundry basket. Please do not bring them in trash bags.
Q: How do you price my items?
A: We price your items at approximately 1/4 - 1/3 of the retail price or a bit higher if the item is new with tags. Keep in mind that clothes are not an investment and we have a good idea of how much our customers will pay for resale items. We will send you an email with the item price once we have entered your items. If you see a problem with the price, let us know immediately. If we notice a stain or damage on any item we accepted, we will donate it to Samministries. When we go through your clothes we are only checking brands/styles and we assume items are brought in clean without issues. Please look over carefully before you bring them in.
Q: What are you looking for now?
A: We’re looking for current, trendy, and classic styles for women from junior to plus sizes (up to 3X). Be sure to look over our list below with some brands and items we take and don't take.

Q:What if I don't see my brands on the list below?
A: Give us a call or email with the brand names you have. We can let you know if they will work in our store. We have a certain amount of space and want to make sure we take the brands that will sell. We don't want to waste your time so we can usually guide you to the store where your brands will do better.
Q:What if I have an item that might be good for your Ebay Store?
A: Glad you asked! We are a Top Seller on Ebay and would love to sell your items. Give us a call or email us some photos of your items to find out if it is worth selling on Ebay. You will receive 50% of the sale price after we take out the Ebay/Paypal fees which are about 15%. Check out our Ebay Store to see some of the items we have listed now.
Q: What aren’t you looking for?
A: We are simplifying our space and will focus on the top items that sell. We no longer accept the following: fashion jewelry (we do take higher end jewelry and buy gold), belts, scarfs, wedding dresses, colored jeans/pants, maxi dresses, high heels and women’s suits. We also don’t accept knockoff designer items. We take very little vintage since it doesn't sell well at our store. We are no longer taking any men's consignments.
